I offer therapy and coaching that adapts to your needs. If you’re local to Stratford-upon-Avon, we can meet face-to-face at Lifeways Centre. If you’re further away, we’ll connect online—so no matter where you are, you can access my support. I work quickly, focusing on delivering real results without dragging out sessions. Our first step is a free 40-minute consultation to decide what works best for you.

How much does it cost?
I offer a free 30-minute consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, needs, and potential packages. My services are designed to fit your budget, and I offer a range of options. You’ll find my one-off session and package prices listed above. I aim to ensure that my pricing suits your needs and doesn’t cause unnecessary stress.

 

Do you work with businesses?
Yes, I work with businesses to provide mental well-being support for their employees. Companies can book me for one-on-one coaching or therapy sessions through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) or as a stand-alone support service. This is a great way for businesses to help their teams thrive, both in their professional and personal lives.

 

How do I pay?
Payments are made via bank transfer before each session. I’ll send an invoice and any necessary documents in advance. If you need to cancel a session, please let me know at least 24 hours before. If you cancel within that window, I’ll be able to offer the time to another client.

 

How many sessions will I need?
This varies depending on your goals and the support you need. After our free consultation, we’ll decide together whether a one-off session or a more extended programme is right for you. I work efficiently and effectively, ensuring we reach the results you need without dragging things out. I’ll also provide you with tools to use between sessions to help you continue making progress.
